Can I exchange a defective or damaged product?

If you received a damaged or defective product, we will replace it at no additional cost. Don't forget to contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. (Beauty products are non-returnable or exchangeable for hygiene reasons.)

How long does it take for orders to arrive?

Shipping of your products may take between 3 to 7 business days approximately. We do our best to dispatch within 24 hours of purchase.

Do you deliver to my region?

Yes, of course! We deliver nationwide.

I placed an order but haven't received a confirmation email yet. What's going on?

What should I do if I received an email about the imminent arrival of my product and it hasn't arrived or the delivery appears as failed?

In these cases, it's likely that the carrier attempted delivery and couldn't. What you should do is contact them and arrange for a new delivery or go directly to your nearest branch to collect it.
